Kovakkai
Peanuts -1 Tbsp
Channa dal -1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Curry leaves-1 Sprig
Sesame Oil -1 Tbsp
Sambar powder -2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder -1 tsp
Salt - as required
Lemon juice - as required
Cooked Rice
METHOD:
1.Heat Oil in a pan and add urad dal,channa dal,red chilly and curry leaves.
5.Add Cooked rice
8.Serve Kovakkai rice with papad and pickle.
