Ingredients:
Butter melted -3/4 cup(165 gm)
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1and 1/2 Cup(165 gm)
Sugar - 3/4 Cup(165 gm)
Baking powder -1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Eggs- 3
Milk - 2 Tbsp
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
Baking pan 8 in x3
Butter paper
Method:
- Sift Flour and Baking powder and keep aside
- Beat Butter with sugar and salt well for atleast 1 minute until the mixture is creamy and soft.
- Add eggs one by one at a time and mix well.
- Add Vanilla essence and mix
- Add milk and mix well
- Add flour,baking powder to this mixture slowly and mix well till the mixture is soft and creamy.
- In baking pan ,add butter paper and apply smear butter on all the 4 sides
- Add batter to baking pan and tap the pan to remove air bubbles
- Preheat oven to 350 f and bake for 20 minutes.Insert a tooth pick in centre of cake and if it comes out clean,cake is baked perfectly .
