Theater Style Butter Popcorn

INGREDIENTS:
Popcorn kernels -1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil -2 Tbsp
Butter -3 Tbsp
Salt- as required

METHOD:

1.Heat a pan and add coconut oil.

2.When oil is hot,add popcorn kernels.
3.Mix them well.Keep in High flame.

4.Close it with a lid.
5.Open the lid once to check whether kernels have started popping.

6.Close the lid again.There will be popping sound.Shake the pan once in a while.
7.Popcorn is ready.Switch off the stove and let popping sound stop completely.
8.Heat another pan and add butter .When the butter melts add salt and mix well.
9. When Butter fully melts,switch off the stove.

10. Pour melted butter over popcorn and mix well
11.Theater style Butter popcorn is ready.Enjoy.


Small Potato Masala for Puri/Chapathi


INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Potatoes-15 
Onion -1 big or 2 small
Tomato -1 and 1/2
Green Chilly-2
Ginger Garlic paste-2 Tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-1 Sprig
Oil -1 Tbsp
Red Chilli powder -2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Curry Masala-1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing

METHOD:
1.Heat Oil in a pressure cooker.Add jeera and when it pops,add curry leaves,green chilly and ginger garlic paste.
2.Add Chopped Onions with little salt.Salt will make onions to cook fast.
3.Add Tomatoes.
4.Wash and peel  Small potatoes.Chop and add them.
5.Add masalas, salt and required water and cook for 3 whistles.When pressure releases, check if small potatoes have cooked well else pressure cook for another 2 whistles.
6.Garnish with Coriander leaves.


7.Serve with Puri,chapathi.
