How to clean Banana flower/Valapoo?

INGREDIENTS:
Valapoo - 1
Oil for smearing hands

METHOD:

1.Smear oil in hand and remove the tough purple leaves.

2.We can see little florets. Remove all the florets.

3.From the florets there are two parts to be removed.
1.The Flaky small leaf
2.The hard matchstick shaped one.

4.This is how a cleaned banana flower looks.You can soak in water or butter milk to reduce color discoloration.There will be a small center part in the interior while cleaning valapoo.We can eat that.
