- INGREDIENTS:
- Leftover Puris - 3
- Frying Oil - as required
- Sugar - 4 Tbsp
- Water - 1/4 Cup
- Milk -1 Tbsp
- Cardamom, crushed-1
- Almond/Badam,grated -3 (optional)
METHOD:
1.If you have leftover puris,skip these steps and go to step 5.I used leftover Puri dough and made 3 Puris.
2.Cut it into small sizes.
3.Fry it in oil.
4.Strain Puris in tissue paper.

6)Add crushed cardamom.

7)Add milk.
8)Add grated almond and let it start boiling.

9)Add fried Puris.
10)Mix well for 1 minute and serve when Puris absorb sugar syrup.
