INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli ,chopped- 3 Cups
Onion -1
Garlic -4
Potato,big -1
Water -2 and 1/2 cups
Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Pepper powder -as needed
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Salt
Croutons to serve with bread
METHOD:
1.Heat Butter in a pan and add onion ,garlic,chopped brocolli and potatoes.
3.Keep the cooked vegetables aside and let them cool.Remove only the cooked vegetables and add it to a mixie jar and blend it to a smooth paste.
4.The paste should be smooth .
5.Add the blended paste to the cooked vegetable stock.
