Idly Upma


                         


INGREDIENTS:

Idly -6

Coconut oil -2 Tbsp

Mustard -3/4 tsp

Urad dal -1 tsp

Channa dal -1 tsp

Onion -1

Green chilly - 2

Curry leaves -1 sprig

Idly podi -1 Tbsp(optional)

Salt - as needed

METHOD:

1.In a mixie jar add idlys and pulse it a few times to shred  it.You can also shred them by hand.


2.It should look like this.


3.Heat Oil in a pan and add mustard,urad dal,channa dal,curry leaves ,greeen chilly,salt  and onion.Saute it well.

4.Add shredded idys and mix well.


5.Add idly podi and mix well.


6.Check for salt and serve.



Idly Upma is ready!!
