Sweet potato chips


INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Potatoes
Salt
Oil for frying
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder

METHOD:

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes .

2.Chop the corners of the sweet potatoes


3.Slice them using a chips slicer.


4.Dry the potato slices by patting them with a tissue paper


5.Heat Oil .

               
         6.Add a sliced potato to check if it raises immediately in the oil.This is to check the oil temperature.



7.Add sliced potatoes little at a time.Dont overcrowd the oil.


8.Drain fried chips in a tissue paper.Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and toss well.
