Restaurant Style Egg Kurma/Egg Salna

with Idiyappam.



INGREDIENTS:
Gingelly Oil -2 tsp
Onion,Big -1
Tomato -1 pureed
Green Chilly -1
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Ginger Garlic paste -1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves 
Eggs -2
Salt - as required
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry Masala - 1 Tbsp

To Grind:
Coconut -1/2 Cup
Sombu/Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Water-1/2 Cup

METHOD:
1.Heat a pan and add oil.

2.Add Chopped onions and saute well.Add salt so that it Cooks easily.


3.Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute well
4.Chop tomatoes and grind them to a fine paste.

5.Add the tomato paste and saute.
6.Grind fennel seeds and coconut with little water to make to a fine paste.




6.Add Masalas and saute well.

7.Filter Coconut Milk from ground coconut paste and add them.

8.Add little water and let it cook.



9.Break and add eggs and let them cook.


10.When eggs get cooked,add Coriander leaves and required salt.


11.Serve with idiyappam,chapathi or parottas.

with Idiyappam.


Pineapple Juice-How to make Fresh Pineapple Juice?



INGREDIENTS:

Pineapple - 1 whole fruit
Water - 3/4 Cup or as needed
Sugar -2 Tbsp


METHOD:
1.Take a pineapple and cut the skin and top part of pineapple.

2.Make them into pieces and add them to a juicer.


3.Add water and blend it well.



 4.Strain the juice.Add sugar and serve.
