Prawns Fry


INGREDIENTS:

Onion -1
Oil -1 Tbsp
Green chilly -2
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

For Marination:

Prawns -250 gm,de-veined
Ginger garlic paste -1 and 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1 and 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Salt as required


METHOD:

1)Wash and de-vein prawns.



 2) Marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.

3)Mix it well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.


 4)Heat oil in a pan.


5)Add chopped onion,green chilli and curry leaves.



6)Add marinated prawns and required salt.Saute well.

7)Cook for 3 to 4 minutes till prawns is  cooked well.



8) Squeeze lemon juice and serve.

I had with rasam and rice.Yummy😋


Aloo Sandwich/Potato Sandwich



INGREDIENTS:

Bread Slices -8
Potato -3
Onion,small -1/4 
Capsicum, chopped - 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Jeera powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala -1 tsp
Pepper powder
Tomato sauce 
Green chutney
Cheese

METHOD:
  1. Wash and peel potatoes.Pressure cook for 4 whistles.



2) When pressure releases,open the cooker.

3) Transfer potatoes to a bowl.

4)Mash them.





5)Add chopped onion,capsicum and coriander leaves.

6)Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,Chaat masala ,jeera powder and salt.


7)Mix it well.

8)Smear green chutney on one slic and tomato sauce on other slice.

9)Add potato stuffing on one slice.

10)Add required cheese and pepper powder.

11) Close it

12)Smear butter in sandwich maker and place the sandwiches.

13) Smear little more butter on top of sandwiches.

14)Close sandwich maker for 2 minutes until sandwich is ready.

15)Enjoy


Serve with green chutney  and tomato sauce.
