INGREDIENTS:
Rava/Semolina - 1 cup
Onion -1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Tomato - 1/2
Green chilly -2
Turmeric powder -1 pinch
Water -3 cups
Salt
To Temper:
Ghee -1 tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Mustard -1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves -1 sprig
Cloves -2
Cinnamon -1 piece
METHOD:
1.Roast rava in a tsp of oil without changing colour.Keep it aside.

2.Heat Oil in a kadai or pressure cooker.Add mustard,urad dal,channa dal,cloves,cinnamon and curry leaves.


3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
4.Add onions and tomatoes .
5.Add chopped vegetables and fry it well.Add required water and when it comes to a boil add roasted rava.
6.Add turmeric powder to the boiling water.
7.Add roasted rava to boiling water and mix well.check for salt .
8.Let the rava absorb water and mix well.Once it gets thick,cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
