Vegetable Clear Soup/Simple and Easy Vegetable Soup






INGREDIENTS:

Chopped Vegetables (carrot,cabbage,lettuce etc)
Water
Butter
Garlic,chopped
Salt
Pepper

METHOD:

1.Chop vegetables and pressure cook it with required quantity of water for 3 whistles until the vegetables are fully cooked.



2.After 3 whistles let the pressure release by itself ,then open the pressure cooker.



3.Strain the vegetables stock and keep it separately.


4.Heat buttter in  a pan.


5.Add chopped garlic and saute well.


6.Add strained vegetables stock .


7.Add pepper and salt and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!




You can also serve it with bread !!

Broccoli Soup/Easy Broccoli Soup

                                      

 INGREDIENTS:

Broccoli ,chopped- 3 Cups 

Onion -1

Garlic -4

Potato,big -1 

Water -2 and 1/2 cups

Milk - 1/2 to 3/4 cup

Pepper powder -as needed

Butter - 1 Tbsp

Salt 

Croutons to serve with bread

METHOD:

1.Heat Butter in a pan and add onion ,garlic,chopped brocolli and potatoes.


2.Pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame until the vegetables are cooked well.


3.Keep the cooked vegetables aside and let them cool.Remove only the cooked vegetables and add it to a mixie jar and blend it to a smooth paste.


4.The paste should be smooth .


5.Add the blended paste to the cooked vegetable stock.

6.Mix well.


7.Add milk and mix well


8.Add pepper and salt.


9.Bring it to a boil once and switch it off.


10.Brocolli soup is ready.Serve it croutons and enjoy.
