Aloo Sandwich/Potato Sandwich



INGREDIENTS:

Bread Slices -8
Potato -3
Onion,small -1/4 
Capsicum, chopped - 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Jeera powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala -1 tsp
Pepper powder
Tomato sauce 
Green chutney
Cheese

METHOD:
  1. Wash and peel potatoes.Pressure cook for 4 whistles.



2) When pressure releases,open the cooker.

3) Transfer potatoes to a bowl.

4)Mash them.





5)Add chopped onion,capsicum and coriander leaves.

6)Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,Chaat masala ,jeera powder and salt.


7)Mix it well.

8)Smear green chutney on one slic and tomato sauce on other slice.

9)Add potato stuffing on one slice.

10)Add required cheese and pepper powder.

11) Close it

12)Smear butter in sandwich maker and place the sandwiches.

13) Smear little more butter on top of sandwiches.

14)Close sandwich maker for 2 minutes until sandwich is ready.

15)Enjoy


Serve with green chutney  and tomato sauce.

Leftover Puri Sweet







Serves - 1
Time - 5 minutes




  • INGREDIENTS:
  • Leftover Puris - 3 
  • Frying Oil - as required
  • Sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • Water - 1/4 Cup
  • Milk -1 Tbsp
  • Cardamom, crushed-1
  • Almond/Badam,grated -3 (optional)




METHOD:

1.If you have leftover puris,skip these steps and go to step 5.I used leftover Puri dough and made 3 Puris.


2.Cut it into small sizes.



3.Fry it in oil.


4.Strain Puris in tissue paper.



5.Boil water in a pan.Add sugar.


6)Add crushed cardamom.



7)Add milk.

8)Add grated almond and let it start boiling.


9)Add fried Puris.

10)Mix well for 1 minute and serve when Puris absorb sugar syrup.
